Positively Opposite: Turning Difficult People Into Successful Leaders

Workshop Description

Do you ever wonder why you feel exhausted at the end of the day? Although we have numerous responsibilities, many cite dealing with difficult people as taking the most energy. This presentation gives fun, insightful and revolutionary strategies to help you succeed with those difficult people and turn them into your greatest asset. Whether they are colleagues or students, clients or administrators, parents or children, you will learn the secret to behavior management and how people think. From the first-year educators to the mentor, these are fun, effective techniques for all.
