Rebecca Atkins, NBCT, is is a school counselor at Millbrook Elementary School in Raleigh, N.C., and was the North Carolina School Counselor Association's (NCSCA) 2009 Elementary School Counselor of the Year. Millbrook Elementary School received RAMP status in 2008. Atkins is the current NCSCA treasurer.
Linda Brannan, NBCT, is a school counselor at dean of counseling and student services at Cary High School in Raleigh, N.C.. She is a frequent presenter at state and national conferences and a RAMP reviewer.
