New Ratios Released: The student-to-school-counselor ratio increased slightly from the previous year to 459-to-1 for the 2009–2010 school year (the most recent year for which data are available). The previous year's ratio was 457-to-1. ASCA recommends a ratio of 250-to-1. See how your state stacks up.
