In January, more than 200 school counselors, educators, students and supporters convened at Rowan University for NJSCA's inaugural Winter Conference. It was a day filled with dynamic and engaging professional development activities and invaluable networking opportunities – see photos at top and below. The success of the event can be attributed to the hard work and dedication of individuals like Cindy Povall, Kara Ieva and the Winter Conference Committee.

NJSCA, representing school counselors statewide, is committed to promoting excellence in the profession and advocating for student development. The Winter Conference showcased the leadership of school counselors in districts and communities throughout New Jersey.

Providing members another way to connect, NJSCA recently launched the "NJSCA Online Community" in partnership with Tradewing. This online space serves as an added benefit for members, offering networking, professional development, and resource-sharing opportunities. Designed to keep the conversation going year-round, it provides a hub for continuous engagement and collaboration.

We look forward to seeing you both online and at the NJSCA Spring Conference on April 19 at Kean University!
