2020 Nevada School Counselor Association Conference – Calling All Presenters!
Mark your calendar and make plans to attend the NvSCA 2020 Spring Conference: School Counselors Focusing on Student Success, March 6-7, 2020, and being held for the first time at the Peppermill Resort Spa Casino in Reno. Join us for high-quality professional development opportunities, updates on the school counseling profession and great networking!
Calling All Presenters
The Nevada School Counselor Association is soliciting proposals for presentations promoting evidence-based programs for the domains listed on our Call for Presenters information and application page. Presentations showcase best practices, current research or skills for school counselors and student services professionals, pre-K to postsecondary, and for district personnel, graduate students and counselor educators. Preference is given to sessions that relate directly to the work of school counselors. Learn more. Presenters will be offered a discounted rate to attend the conference.

Also, the online room reservation block at the Peppermill Resort is open, so please move quickly to reserve a room if you’re planning to attend the conference and will need a room. You can follow the link in the Accommodations section on the conference webpage (2020 NvSCA Conference) to the hotel’s reservation system for the conference room block.
