Arkansas School Counselor Association is actively growing our membership. We welcome and encourage all new school counselors to become members of regional and state organizations. We firmly believe that all school counselors should be a team and work together to be better. The ArSCA board will be a constant support to current members as well as new members. It is our hope that these new members will seek leadership positions in the future. We encourage all ArSCA members to help us in getting the word out to all new counselors and those who have not chosen to be a member of ArSCA in the past.

- All membership donations made by individual counselors are tax deductible.
- Being a member of ArSCA means that you are also a member of a region that provides support and in-service training opportunities to members.
- As a member, you have the opportunity to subscribe to the listserve, which will connect you to counselors all over the state.
- ArSCA has a lobbyist that helps keep us informed about all the news at the state government level.
- ArSCA is part of the American School Counselor Association; we adhere to their rules and regulations. You may join ASCA and enjoy all of the benefits they offer and connect with other school counselors over the nation.
- Being a member of ArSCA can help with Domain 4 of TESS, professional communities. ArSCA will help you grow professionally and can help you collaborate with other professionals.
