Carol Kaffenberger, Ph.D., is a faculty associate, counseling and human development, Johns Hopkins University and professor emerita, counseling and development, George Mason University. She is the co-author of "Making Data Work: An ASCA National Model Publication."
Anita Young, Ph.D., is assistant professor, counseling and human services, Johns Hopkins University, and the former school counseling coordinator for Fairfax County (Va.) Public Schools. She is the co-author of "Making Data Work: An ASCA National Model Publication."
