Implementing the RAMP Components: Philosophy, Mission, Calendar
Analyze and evaluate three important components of your school counseling program – philosophy statement, mission statement and calendars. This webinar helps you identify the who, what, how and when of program implementation through the development of a clear philosophy, mission and implementation calendar. Demystify these components for a clearer application in your own school.

Learning Outcomes
  • Understand how to analyze your community's needs to clearly articulate a philosophy for school counseling within your own school building.
  • Know how school counseling program efforts support the academic mission of your school, and be able to develop a mission statement supporting that effort.
  • Be able to design a program implementation calendar incorporating appropriate aspects of developmental programming that matches your school philosophy and mission.
